Whether searching for a single tyre or a selection of tyres the search facility allows users to search for tyres using one or a range of criteria. The more criteria used, the more concise list to select from.
Using a range of criteria including date, item, customer, email, phone, payment reference number, quote number, registration number, invoice number, jobcard number, manual card number invoice, jobcard or quote information is easily retrieved.
Easily create professional jobcards, quotes and invoices for customers
OmniTyre provides users with a fast and accurate process to create quotes, jobcards and invoices. Create quotes or jobcards directly from the pricing lists. Alternatively you can add tyres and other items to the quotes and jobcards already created.
Creating an invoice is a one click action from the jobcard.
Instantly identify margins
When pricing tyres, users are able to accurately identify the dollar and percentage margins for the tyres they are pricing. When offering discounts, pricing are changed and margin changes are reflected immediately, reflecting the new dollar and percentage margin.
Record customer and car history
When creating jobcards, users are able to record information about the vehicle such as registration, make and model. This information can then be used later as search criteria. Users can search by registration, results include jobcard history, odometer readings, the tyres previously fitted and the price paid.
Ability to communicate with customer/suppliers by email
Send customers jobcards or invoices by email direct from the jobcard or invoice forms. Send to multiple emails at the same time.
Send Purchase Orders to suppliers via email, detailing tyre information as well as supplier stock code.
Workshop/tyre bay/vehicle booking system
A comprehensive booking system is available. The booking screen can be set up for one or multiple bays on the one screen. Multiple tasks can be setup for each bay with predetermined time allocations.
Jobcards can be automatically created from the booking screen, reducing the need to re-enter information. Movement between the jobcard and the booking screen is seamless.
Categorise customers into user defined pricing groups
Organise your customers into groups according to your requirements. Up to five groups can be created. Set group names, group price discounts and fitting and balancing prices for each group.
Detailed reporting, including drill down analysis for greater detail
A flexible reporting engine enables daily, weekly, monthly reporting by default. Alternatively, reports can be generated based on a specific date range.
Select from a range of reports showing margins from the invoice, customer or item perspective.

Stock management using serial tracking
As tyres are purchased serial numbers can be printed and attached to the tyre. As the jobcard or invoice is being created, or at a later date users can select the tyre used from the list of available tyres, using the serial number as the unique identifier.
Using serial tracking increases accuracy when reporting margins both dollar and percentage on the tyre, jobcard and customer.
Serial tracking also helps to maintain accurate stock levels.
Create “special“ tyre pricing groups
Setup pricing groups for tyres on special for a limited time. This function is designed for product promotions that run for a specified period. All special groups have a name which can be modified as required along with a start and end date. The end date can be extended as required.
Once a special price group is created, relevant tyres are added to the group and pricing is automatically reflected in OmniTyre price lists from the start date.
Tyres belonging to a special group are colour coded in the price list making it easy for the user to see the tyre is on special. Margin information is amended accordingly to reflect the special pricing. Special price groups can also be created automatically from Supplier pricelists and require no intervention by users.
Interfaces with a range of accounting systems *
Customer invoices, payments and supplier invoices are sent to the accounting systems in a seamless manner. No extra data entry is required by the user to send information to the accounting system.

Auto add lines from jobcards and invoicing
In many instances when creating a jobcard, as a result of adding a particular item, a number of other items need to be added. The purpose of the “auto-add” function is to add the extra lines or items to a jobcard automatically.
To automatically add these extra lines, you must first setup a rule. For example, you may decide that for all customers, when a passenger tyre is sold you require that fitting and balancing, wheel alignment and tyre disposal fee rows are added to the jobcard. Once this rule is setup, whenever the designated item, in this case a passenger tyre, is selected the additional rows are automatically added to the jobcard.
